These terms are between you and Tripdeck ("we") for the Tripdeck app and its website. By using the app you agree to them.
What the app does
Tripdeck plans trips with the help of Claude, an AI model, and shows live flight and hotel prices from third-party providers. We do not sell flights or hotels. Booking happens on the provider's website, under the provider's terms.
Plans, prices and visa information are guidance
AI-written plans can contain mistakes. Opening hours, prices, addresses and whether a place is halal can change. Check anything important before you rely on it.
Prices are what the search returned at that moment. They can change until you book.
Visa results are not legal advice. Entry rules change and depend on your circumstances. Confirm with the embassy, the official government website or your airline before you travel. We are not responsible if you are refused boarding or entry.
Tripdeck Pro
Your first 2 trip plans are free. After that, planning a new trip, or planning a trip again with new details, needs Tripdeck Pro. Changing a day, swapping places and asking for suggestions don't use up trip plans.
Tripdeck Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: monthly (AED 15) or yearly (AED 120), or the equivalent the store shows in your currency. Payment is taken by Apple or Google when you confirm the purchase.
It renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Pro includes much higher daily limits than the free plan. To keep the service working for everyone, fair-use limits still apply.
Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings or on the account deletion page.
Fair use
There are daily limits on plans and searches. Don't try to get around them, reverse-engineer the service, use it to send spam, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
Your trips, notes and lists are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you, as described in the privacy policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app running, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change these terms. If the change is significant, we will tell you in the app.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by travel providers, changes in prices or entry rules, or relying on a plan without checking it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Apple and Google
If you got the app from the App Store or Google Play, these terms are with us, not with Apple or Google, and their store terms also apply.
